One-sided form
Innovative Forming Technique
“Single-sided form” is a technique for making elements based on a precise construction of metal ribs. These ribs, cut on a CNC, provide the foundation and stability of the entire structure. A mesh of metal rods is placed over the structure to further strengthen the element, and then a hexagonal mesh is attached to it, which serves as a base for applying the material. The first layer of plaster is applied to the entire surface, creating a solid foundation, while the final layer of plaster ensures a smooth and aesthetically appealing finish. This method allows for high precision and adaptability in shaping the elements for different projects.
Double-sided form
Layered and durable construction
“Double-sided form” is a technique that allows the creation of robust and insulated elements with a double layer of treatment. The foundation of the structure is made of metal ribs precisely cut on a CNC, and a foam concrete or lightweight concrete filling is placed between the ribs, which provides additional strength and thermal insulation. A mesh of metal rods and a hexagonal mesh are placed on the outside and inside of the structure, onto which the first layer of plaster is applied. Final decorative layers on both sides provide an aesthetic finish and protection. This technique is ideal for projects that require durability, insulation and aesthetic appeal on both sides of the element.

Creative design of elements
“Freeform” is a technique that allows the creation of unique elements through flexible shaping. The foundation of the construction is a supporting structure made of metal rods, which provide strength and stability to the entire element. A hexagonal metal mesh is attached to this base on both sides, which additionally ensures the shape and allows for even application of the material. A layer of plaster is applied over the entire structure to define the final shape, and then a final decorative layer that gives the elements an aesthetic finish. This method is ideal for creating unique, customized design solutions, applicable in different spaces and projects.
