The process of making artificial rocks / Ferrocem free form:

2. Installing metal mesh: A hexagonal metal mesh is placed over the metal rods on both sides. This allows for optimal adhesion of the plaster and further stabilizes the structure, providing a base for the concrete layers.
3. Applying Mixform fiber concrete: The first layer is applied to the structure and the metal mesh Fiber concrete mixform. This material, thanks to its strength and flexibility, provides a stable and resistant base for the final layers. Fibre-concrete is applied uniformly and serves as a key structural substrate.
4. Design and customization: While the fiber concrete dries, the surface can be further shaped and customized to the desired design. This step allows for detailed modeling of the shape according to the specific requirements of the project.
5. Mixform final decorative layer: It is applied to the previously dried layer of fiber concrete Mixform final decorative layer, which allows for the achievement of different textures and visual effects. This layer can imitate stone, wood or other materials, and can be adapted to different aesthetic requirements. The final layer not only improves the appearance, but also additionally protects the structure, ensuring longevity and resistance to external influences.
6. Drying and final processing: After all layers have been applied and shaped, the form is left to dry completely and harden. The final product is ready for installation or further use, and its aesthetic and functional value lasts for many years.
