  Thematic construction refers to the design and construction of spaces that are specifically shaped to create a certain atmosphere or experience, often used in amusement parks, shopping centers, restaurants, and tourist destinations. Key steps include:

  1. Conceptual design: Developing a thematic story or idea that will shape the space.
  2. Planning and engineering: Detailed planning of all technical aspects, including structural stability, safety, and sustainability.
  3. Material selection: The use of specific materials such as polystyrene, plaster, or concrete to create realistically stylized elements (e.g. rocks, trees, buildings).
  4. Execution of works: The construction includes sculptural works, painting finishing, and the integration of light, sound, and technology to make the space interactive and dynamic.
  5. Testing and adjustments: After construction, the theme space is tested to ensure that it functions according to the concept and meets all security standards.

  Examples of themed construction can be seen in large amusement parks such as Disneyland or Fun Park in Biograd.
