To ensure that each themed space leaves a strong visual impression and maintains long-term functionality, we have developed a precise and proven production process that encompasses all phases – from the initial idea to the final assembly and painting. Whether it is a set design, a catering interior, an amusement park or a themed facade, each element is handcrafted, with an emphasis on detail, durability and aesthetic authenticity.

1.
Concept & 3D model

The process begins with the creation of a conceptual design, which is developed into a 3D model as needed. Through digital modeling, we define the exact dimensions, shapes, and complexity of the structure, which enables precise preparation for the creation and visualization of the final appearance.

2.
EPS shaping

Based on the model, we cut the base volume out of expanded polystyrene (EPS). The material is processed using a CNC machine or by hand, depending on the level of detail.

3.
Assembly

Shaped elements are positioned and attached to the supporting base or construction. This phase includes mechanical fixing, leveling and preparation of joints for further processing.

4.
Reinforcement & protection

The surface is covered with fiber reinforced protective layer with glass mesh embedded in it. This achieves strength, impact resistance and stability of the entire structure.

5.
Texturing

A second layer of material is applied, followed by manual surface finishing. Reliefs, cracks, rough or smooth textures are added – depending on the desired visual effect and the theme of the project.

6.
Painting and protective coatings

The final layer includes painting all thematic elements – rocks, reliefs, sculptures and architectural details. We use various techniques such as patination, shading and effects of imitation of stone, wood or metal. The paints and coatings are resistant to UV rays, moisture and wear, ensuring longevity and visual stability.
